PHC transfers all pending NAB cases to principal seat of HC

The Peshawar High Court Tuesday transferred all the pending NAB cases from the Peshawar High Court Benches to the principal seat of the High Court.

In future, all such cases shall be instituted and disposed of in the principal seat only.
