A group of armed terrorists on Thursday attacked Al-khalid Public School in Shab Qadar district of Charsadda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Timely response from locals and school guards dispersed attackers.
According to District Police Officer (DPO) Shafi-ullah, the terrorist attempt has been foiled and the terrorists have fled the school.
According to local media, there were six terrorists who attacked the school.
The area has been surrounded by police, and search operation has been started in the area.
No casualty has been reported so far.
