Three killed, two injured in city violence

Three persons, including a policeman, were killed and two others were injured in different violent incidents in the metropolis on Saturday.

Young, Asghar Chaudry, 25, son of Ilyas, was gunned down by unknown gunmen in 25-A Zia Colony, Korangi. The body was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center (JPMC) for an autopsy.

An unidentified man, aged about 60, was shot and injured by unknown armed men in Memon Goth Malir. In another incident, a man, Zahoor, 30, son of Mir Zaman, was injured when two dacoits robbery his as resisted. Both were taken to JPMC for treatment.

A coup, ASI Tabish, 35, son of Waheed, was killed by unknown gunmen at Gosht Maeket in Karimabad. The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medico-legal formalities.

Asalm Kozi, 22, was shot dead by unknown armed men in Jhat Pat Market in Lyari. The body was shifted to Civil Hospital Karachi for an autopsy.
