The Ministry for Religious Affairs has confirmed the martyrdom of 46 Pakistani pilgrims in Mina stampede, with 53 said to be still missing six days after the incident.

Out of the 40 injured pilgrims, at least 10 injured pilgrims are still under treatment in Al-Noor Specialist Hospital, King Faisal Al- Shisha Hospital, King Abdul Aziz (Al-Zahir) Hospital and Pakistan Hajj Medical Mission Hospital in Makkah.
Minister for Religious Affairs, Sardar Yousuf says efforts were being made to trace the missing pilgrims. Reports say 14 out of 53 missing belong to Karachi.
