Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif replied to the questions of citizens through a video message on the social networking website, Facebook, on Monday.
According to a press release, the chief minister vowed to keep in contact with the citizens through Facebook, saying not only problems of the people could be identified through a contact on Facebook, but they could also be resolved immediately.
In reply to a question from Ikram Sajid of Bhakar area, Sharif, while taking notice of the delay in educational activities in a girls’ school in Yaroowala area, ordered an enquiry against those responsible for it. An explanation from the officials concerned was also called.
Replying to a query of Hameed Aslam from Sahiwal, the chief minister said the social security institution should improve on its performance and that computerised system was being introduced for this purpose. The social security institution immediately issued a cheque to Aslam on orders from the chief minister.
