The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday instructed the Rangers to submit a report about the steps taken for recovery of Saad Siddiqui and Muhammad Siddiqui, sons of Pasban-e-Pakistan General Secretary Usman Moazzam, on the next hearing.
The two-judge bench of Justice Irfan Saadat Khan and Justice Zafar Ahmad Rajput, while hearing the constitutional petition, also summoned the investigation officer of the Samanabad Police Station with a report on the progress of the case, FIR84/2015, on the next hearing, on October 15.
The court also ordered the superintendent of the Karachi Central Jail to allow the family of Moazzam to meet him.
