Three killed, four injured in road mishaps

Three people were killed and four others wounded in different incidents in Karachi on Wednesday.

Abdur Rahman, 30, son of Raja, was killed when a speeding vehicle hit him near Hawkes Bay. The body was shifted to the Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) for an autopsy.

Another man, 40, died when a speeding vehicle hit him in Swat Colony of Baldia Town. The body was shifted to the CHK for medico-legal formalities.

An unidentified man died after being hit by a speeding vehicle near Pakola Company in Dumba Goth along Super Highway. The body was shifted to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) for an autopsy.

In another incident, Amir, 40, son of Sabir, and his wife were wounded when their motorcycle was hit by a speeding vehicle near Haidry Market in North Nazimabad area. They were ferried to the ASH for treatment.

Separately, two women, Khurshida, 30, and another were injured in a road accident near Korangi Crossing. They were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
