An important meeting on dengue awareness programme will be held today (Monday) at the director general health office Hyderabad under the chair of provincial program manager of dengue prevention and control programme, Dr Masood Ahmed Solangi.
All stakeholders will attend the meeting. Health Minister Jam Mehtab Hussain Dahar has directed the program manager to do effective fumigation against dengue in Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Thatta, Sajawal and Tando Allahyar and to make coordination with malaria control program and municipal corporation. He added that all possible measures should be taken to eradicate dengue virus in targeted districts.
