A man was killed for resisting a robbery bid on Jagiot Road in Bani Gala.
Muhammad Tufail lodged a complaint with the Bani Gala police that he and his friend, Tanveer Ahmed, were intercepted by robbers on the Jagiot Road who snatched Rs 2,000 from them at gunpoint.
According to Tufail, Tanveer resisted which led to the robbers opening fire on him, killing him on the spot.
The police have registered a case and launched an investigation.
