Federal Anti Corruption Court on Thursday ordered the arrest of former federal minister Makhdoom Amin Fahim for the second time over charges of corruption.
Pakistan People’s Party’s (PPP) Fahim is accused of corruption worth millions of rupees in the Trade Development Authority Pakistan (TDAP). The court has issued arrest warrants for the former minister once again.
The court had earlier issued non-bailable arrest warrants in seven different corruption cases against the PPP leader.
On the other hand, former prime minister (PM) Yousaf Raza Gilani has been excused from appearing before court.
