Anti-corruption court orders Amin Fahim’s arrest for second time

Federal Anti Corruption Court on Thursday ordered arrest of former federal minister Makhdoom Amin Fahim for the second time in corruption cases.

Pakistan People’s Party’s (PPP) Fahim is alleged of corruption worth crores of rupees in Trade Development Authority Pakistan (TDAP). The court has issued arrest warrant of the former minister once again.

The court had earlier issued non-bailable arrest warrant in seven different corruption cases against him.

On the other hand, former prime minister (PM) Yousaf Raza Gilani has been excused from appearing before court.
