The security forces arrested 10 alleged terrorists including four agents of Indian spy agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) during separate actions in Lahore and Faisalabad on Sunday.
The security personnel on an intelligence report conducted operation against the anti-state elements in Wagah area of Lahore. Four RAW agents were nabbed during the crackdown.
Separately, police and intelligence agencies, during a raid in Chiniot market and various other places in Faisalabad, arrested six suspects including three alleged terrorists.
Sources said that three terrorists among the detainees were involved in attacks on security forces in Waziristan however; they hid in Faisalabad later after operation was initiated in that area. The detained terrorists of both incidents have been shifted to undisclosed destinations for further interrogation.
