The Karachi Board of Secondary Education has announced the results of Matriculation annual examinations 2015 for general, science and special children group.
As per notification issued on Thursday, Ms Anusha secured first position while Ms Muneeba got second position and Ms Maniza received third position in science group.
The number of students who appeared in science group was 4,60,400 and 88,282 of them passed the exam. The overall pass percentage remained 61 percent. Aksaz Beerni secured first position by getting 89.41 percentage in General Group, while Ms Hareem got second position by getting 89.06 percentage and Ms Hafta Kainat received third position by securing 89 percentage. The number of candidates who appeared in the exam remained 26,453 and 14,741 of them students passed the examination successfully.
In special children’s group, 89 students appeared and 80 passed the examination successfully. Yusra Asad Ali got first position while Ms Tooba Shahid secured second position and Ms Fatima Abbas received third position.
