People turn to courts for help after hospitals fail to deliver : FJA DG

Everybody needs both health and justice, therefore, it is observed that after hospitals in the country, a huge number of grievous people come to the courts for relief.

Federal Judicial Academy Director General, Fakhar Hayat, expressed these views in the certificate awarding ceremony at the conclusion of a one-week course ‘Skill –Based Alternative Dispute Resolution and New Laws’ for Civil Judges –cum-Magistrates at the Federal Judicial Academy ( FJA), on Saturday.

“All of us love justice and hate evil and injustice, therefore, I will urge all of you here to use your knowledge and skills which you have gained during the training and play an effective role to provide justice to the litigant public,” he said.

Extending a word of advice to the young judicial officers, he said, “A Judge should, in all circumstances, act impartially. A Judge should never compromise his impartiality, never lose his patience and be guided in his activities by principles of professional conduct.”

Following the directives of the government regarding the enforcement of Urdu, the proceedings of the certificate awarding  ceremony were conducted in Urdu. DG of the Academy also delivered his chief guest’s speech through literary and lucid Urdu.

In the end, FJA DG distributed certificates among 22 young judicial officers hailing from all over Pakistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
