The Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) government has suspended Mirza Arshad Jiraal, the Deputy Commissioner of Bhimbher, on the charges of defying orders of the  government, it was officially declared.

“The AJK Prime Minister, Ch. Abdul Majeed suspended Mirza Arshad Jiraal, former DC Bhimbher for disobeying the recent government orders of his transfer from Bhimbher to Bagh district,” an official statement issued late Friday by the AJK prime minister’s office said.

“The formal official notification about suspension of the Mirza Arsjad Jiraal has also been issued by the  AJK Services and General Administration Department,” the official statement said.

It may be mentioned here that the AJK government had, the other day, posted Ch. Amjad Iqbal, Collector Mangla Dam Affairs as Deputy Commissioner Bhimber replacing Mirza Arshad Jiraal with his posting as Deputy Commissioner Bagh District with immediate effect.

But instead of obeying the government  orders of his transfer and new posting, Mirza Arshad Jiraal allegedly refused to leave  the office of the DC Bhimbher.
