The provincial anti-corruption establishment has arrested four officials of the Karachi Development Authority (KDA) and registered a case against them for allegedly being involved in illegal allotment of plots.
According to Anti-Corruption Establishment Director Ghulam Hussain Memon, four officials of the KDA are allegedly involved in allotment of plots illegally and misuse of power and authority.
He further said an FIR No 24/2015 had been registered against the accused identified as Shakir Hussain, Uzair Ahmed, Muhammad Hanif Khan and Shahabuddin.
Meanwhile, the anti-corruption establishment has also arrested nominated accused Allah Dino, son of Amir Bux, a Store Incharge at Shikarpur Civil Hospital and lodged an FIR No 02/2015 against him for alleged embezzlement of funds in Civil Hospital Shikarpur. He had purchased medicines on exorbitant rates and misappropriated millions of rupees funds with the collusion of other staff of Civil Hospital Shikarpur.
