KARACHI:
MQM’s Coordination Committee reviewed its call for strike on Sunday, urging people to strike for half day only, according to sources.
The MQM had given the strike call in protest against the Sindh government’s `anti-people’ budget for 2015-16 presented in the provincial assembly earlier in the day.
The MQM said that all sections of society were busy preparing for the holy month of Ramazan, therefore after registering their protest for half a day, the people should resume their activities.
