QUETTA:
Frontier Corps (FC) personnel claimed on Tuesday that four suspects have been arrested in the Sunday night attack on the President’s son in Balochistan’s city of Hub, according to local media sources.
Abdul Wasay, spokesman of FC, told a private media outlet that security forces had conducted a raid in Ramzan Goth area and picked up the suspects.
“There is evidence of their involvement in the attack on the convoy of President Mamnoon Hussain’s son,” Wasey said, adding that the arrested men are being interrogated by security personnel.
The FC spokesperson claimed that all the arrested suspects are affiliated with a banned militant outfit, reportedly.
