Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has invited leaders of parliamentary political parties over a briefing on China-Pakistan Economic Corridor Project (CPEC) at Prime Minister’s House on May 13.
Finance Minister Senator Ishaq Dar had announced at a dinner hosted by former president and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Asif Ali Zardari last Thursday that a briefing for leaders of parliamentary political parties on CPEC would be arranged at the PM House.
Soon after PM’s return from abroad, on finance minister’s request, the said briefing for the leaders of various political parties has been arranged.
In this regard, Dar has already contacted the leaders of Muttahidda Qaumi Movement (MQM), PPP, Awami National Party (ANP) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on behalf of the prime minister.
