Capital Development Authority (CDA) chair Maroof Afzal has ordered that the degrees of all people working with the authority be verified by June 30.

According to further orders, the employees will be suspended if their degrees are not verified after the deadline has expired. The CDA chair had issued orders after a notice taken by National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

It has been ordered that the process be completed by the given deadline and no preference or bias be kept for anyone, while ensuring that the process remains free and fair.

A senior officer on condition of anonymity has said the process of verification of degrees should be started immediately from Gardener to officer.
