The UN has adopted a resolution banning weapon sales to Houthis in Yemen. This is a clear violation of neutrality as the UN is taking the side of the Saudi-led Sunni coalition. By acting like this the UN is promoting the Sunni coalition militarily.
The only right and plausible position is to ban all weapon deliveries to either side so as to de-escalate the conflict and promote a non-military, negotiated solution if peace is still on the agenda of the United Nations that is becoming more a second fiddler of US.
