In an aerial search conducted by security forces in the Shakar Tangi and Safeel Dara areas of central Orakzai Agency five suspected militants were killed while two hideouts were destroyed on Tuesday.
According to security personnel, the operation was carried out on the basis of a tip-off, killing five militants belonging to a banned outfit with the help of helicopter gunships. During the operation, the forces were also successful in destroying two hideouts of the terrorists in the same area.
