A Sessions Court has again issued notices to federation on the petitions filed by Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi, alleged mastermind of Mumbai attacks.
The petitions filed by Lakhvi under clause 435 and 439 came up for hearing in the court of district and session judge Muhammad Tanvir Mir on Tuesday.
Raja Rizwan Abbaasi counsel for Lakhvi appeared in the court. Due to non representation from federation, the learned judge issued the notices again and adjourned the hearing till March, 17.
