ISLAMABAD:

Adviser on National Security and Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz said Pakistan wants restoration of dialogue with India for resolving all outstanding disputes, Radio Pakistan reported on Sunday.

Aziz hoped that the recent meeting between the two countries will pave a way for talks on various issues.

Addressing Islamabad media, Sartaj said issues including the Kashmir dispute will be discussed when dialogue process is resumed.

Sartaj added that there is a trust deficit between the two countries and that things will move forward once the trust is restored.

“The entire nation is united in the war against terrorism,” he said.

The adviser also added that both the political and military leadership are on the same page on important national issues.
