Family court judges are architects, protectors, saviours of family institution, says Justice Mushir Alam
Supreme Court of Pakistan’s Justice Mushir Alam has said that marriage and the family constitute one of the most precious of human values and our family court judges are expected to adopt a radically different approach than that adopted in ordinary civil proceedings and make reasonable efforts for conciliated settlement between the estranged parties.
