A bakery owner was arrested for attempting to cut the hand of an underage kid.
The reports said the incident took place in Pindi Bhattain located in the limits of Koral Police Station.
As per reports, bakery owner Mohammad Afzal attempted several attempt to cut the hand of a minor Mohammad Ashraf, working at his bakery, and also inflicted him with torture. The child has been admitted to PIMS hospital for medical attention.
The police tried to sweep the incident under the carpet and said that the child received minor injuries. However, according to witnesses the child has several cut marks on his hand as well as his body.
