The Pakistan International Airlines once against drew passengers` ire for cancelling their confirmed tickets at the eleventh hour at the Allama Iqbal International Airport Monday.
According to sources, the passengers, expected to board flight PK-307, got infuriated when the PIA administration cancelled their tickets upon their arrival at the airport.
Agitated and helpless passengers protested against the administration for a while but returned their homes when no one addressed their problem.
According to PIA, the tickets had to be cancelled because of passengers` overbooking.
This is ILLEGAL and immoral. The Lahore High Court must take up this issue and make PIA pay the affected compensation. This is amazing.
what happened to the "DENIED BOARDING COMPENSATION" plan of the PIA????????????
