ISLAMABAD-
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Friday met with Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif here to discuss overall security matters.
The army chief took the premier in confidence over his recent visit to Beijing where he met with the Chinas top political and military leadership. General Raheel also informed the PM about the armed forces’ plan to organise parade on Pakistan Day on March 23rd.
They also discussed the ongoing military operations going on in the tribal areas.
