Kashmir dispute is not only an issue of Pakistan but of the whole Islamic world and Muslims in the world support all struggle continue for the right of self-determination for the people of Kashmir, said Punjab Minister for Law, Excise, Taxation and Finance Mujtaba Shujaur Rehman while talking to various delegations at his residence on Thursday.
Shuja said that solution of Kashmir dispute is in the favour of the poor people of the region and without resolving this issue, we cannot counter enemies like poverty, diseases and ignorance.
The minister said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, the government has adopted a strong stance in support of Kashmir issue and for the first time this issue had been presented in a better way on the global level.
Without adopting unanimous stance on Kashmir dispute, he said that demand of solidarity with Kashmiris cannot be fulfilled, therefore, our political parities by setting aside their differences should also adopt joint stance over it.
The Kashmir dispute is alive and will remain alive until the Kashmiris are given their right, he said, adding that if we want to realise the world about our stance over this issue we should strengthen Pakistan politically, economically, strategically and in every sector.
