Chief of Army Staff, General Raheel Sharif on Tuesday chaired a Corps Commanders Conference at Pakistan Army’s General Headquarters (GHQ) to discuss overall security measures focusing militancy and terrorism.
According to a statement by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), professional matters relating to security would be discussed in the meeting.
The top military brass will also review the discuss the measures taken to counter terrorism following Dec 16 militant attack on Peshawar’s Army Public School and will review progress of the military operations going on in North Waziristan and Khyber Agency.
