*Government renames four public schools after martyred students of army public school
As per the instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, four public schools of the province have been named after martyred students of Army Public School Peshawar. The martyred students belonged to various cities of Punjab. On the instructions of the chief minister, public schools running under the supervision of DCOs and commissioners in various districts of the province have been named after Peshawar martyrs. The schools named after martyrs include DPS Khushab, DPS Gujranwala and DPS Sialkot and Public School Nankana Sahib.
