After Peshawar schoolchildren massacre, crackdown against illegal Afghan refugees is being conducted across the country especially in tribal areas and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
“All Afghan immigrants residing illegally in Kurram Agency should return to Afghanistan within three days or face action,” said an announcement made by political administration through loud speakers in mosques and other places.
Vehicles fitted with loud speakers also roamed along streets, making this announcement.
Those Afghan immigrants running shops and other business in Kurram should sale it and return to their own country, added an announcement.
The authorities also warned the local people not to give their property on rent to Afghan refugees
