An Anti-Terrorism Court in Mardan Saturday sentenced an accused to five years imprisonment and confiscation of property in terrorism case.
Accused Ziauddin alias Mulla son of Aminullah resident of Naray Banda was arrested by the Mardan police in a raid and recovered two hand grenades, explosive materials, safety fuse, detonators and ball bearing from his possession. The accused has confessed to his involvement in terrorism activities.
