President urges CEC to enhance ECP’s credibility

While talking to the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Justice (r) Sardar Muhammad Raza Khan on Tuesday, President Mamnoon Hussain asked for electoral reforms to enhance credibility of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).

He said the entire nation was looking toward the new CEC to resolve various election related issues and introduce electoral reforms. He emphasised that delimitation of constituencies in Sindh and Punjab should be carried out at the earliest and as per the aspirations of the people. The CEC assured the president that he would discharge his duties to the best of his ability.
