Unidentified men attacked a doctor’s house Monday in the city with a cracker.
According to police, terrorists threw a hand cracker at the house of Dr Anwar Naqvi at Karachi’s Defence area due to which a loud explosion took place. The terrorists managed to escape from the scene.
Dr Naqvi is practising his profession at Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation (SIUT).
No casualties were reported in the blast.
The main door and walls of the house were damaged by the explosion.
It should be noted that unidentified people had thrown a hand grenade at Dr Naqvi’s house five days ago which did not explode.
