Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Judge Pervaiz Ismail Joya Saturday adjourned the hearing of Benazir Bhutto murder case due to the absence of public prosecutor.
The accused in the case and their lawyers along with witness ASI Police Zamir Ahmad appeared before the court. However, the court was informed that the public prosecutor Chaudhry Azhar cannot appear due to his other engagements. The court was requested to adjourn the hearing.
The judge, accepting the plea, adjourned the hearing till December 13.
