Senior retired judge Rana Bhagwandas, who was being considered the front runner for position of Chief Election Commissioner, has refused to take up the job, private media reported.
Senior Senator Raza Rabbani; who had been tasked to convince Das of assuming charge of the head of the election body following a apparent consensus between the government and main opposition party Pakistan Peoplel’s Party(PPP) over his name, met with the senior former judge to discuss the CEC post.
Das, however, rejected his nomination for the post.
Fakhru Bahi Part 2 will be played By J Tasudak Jilani as CEC .Mr Jilani is lobbying and visiting all governmental functionaries to get the Job .
