The city district administration has not allowed the Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) to hold its planned public rally at Sargodha Stadium on December 5.
According to a private TV channel, the district coordination officer denied the permission on the pretext that the stadium was greatly affected due to a rally organised last week by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
He also asked the PAT to choose any other venue in the city for its show.
PAT leaders have said they would organise the rally on University Road if the city administration insisted that the party should choose any other location.
