Canadian High Commissioner in Pakistan Greg Giokas met Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Sunday to discuss matters of mutual interest and to promote bilateral relations. Talking to the Canadian High Commissioner, Shahbaz said that vast opportunities of investment exist in energy, agriculture and livestock sectors in the province. He said that there is a need to further promote mutual trade relations between Pakistan and Canada. The chief minister said that there should be maximum exchange of trade delegations between both the countries. He said that Canadian investors should benefit from the vast opportunities of investment in Pakistan. Canadian High Commissioner Greg Giokas said on the occasion that Canada is willing to enhance cooperation with Pakistan in energy and other sectors.
