Senior leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Shah Mehmood Qureshi Saturday admitted that his party chief Imran Khan and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chairman Allama Tahirul Qadri had met in London to exchange views on political issues.
In an interview with a private news channel, Qureshi said that the two leaders had discussed political matters, “but there was no written understanding”.
To a question, he said that PTI Information Secretary Shireen Mazari was not aware of the meeting at that time.
“It is Imran Khan’s prerogative to keep any meeting confidential,” he explained.
