ISLAMABAD-
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf President Javed Hashmi on Sunday said that the party decided not to move towards Parliament House but Imran Khan violated party decision.
Addressing a press conference, Hashmi said that that party’s delegation held a meeting with the government on Saturday evening and was looking forward to hear from the government.
He said that all party leaders agreed upon the idea to not make a move forward from where they were and informed Imran Khan of the decision, who committed to the entire party that he will not make a call to move towards the Parliament house but after around 20 minutes, Khan broke the pledge and decided to go ahead.
“Imran Khan had assured me that he will not move forward from Constitution Avenue, and it was the party’s unanimous decision and my personal suggestion to him as well on the grounds that our negotiation team is engaged in talks with the government”, he said.
“But later he told me that it is now necessary to move ahead,” he added.
Hashmi made a revelation that some people, along with Sheikh Rashid, came to meet with Khan after which he changed his mind.
He added that though he does not agree with the current system, he would not attempt to ruin the sanctity of the Parliament either.
He appealed to the parties and the government to act responsibly and his party leadership to not put the people in harm’s way.
Hashmi condemned police attacks on media men, commenting that the government should not punish the media for showing the truth.
Mr.Hashmi your loyalties are suspect. While being a senior leader of PTI you said you still regarded Nawaz as your leader and could rejoin pML (N) whenever you wished. When the going gets tough the the tough get going . It is not the time to sulk.
You must really be ignorant to think in that manner.
My dear Hashmi, Muslim League Party is the founder party of Pakistan & I believe this this is the only party which can
help pakistan to survive. No matter when. Please join again Muslim League and remain with it till
last. I know you are not a IBNAL WAQT like SHAIKH RASHID, QURESHI ETC ETC
muslim leage is a by product of zia ul haq – idiot! learn some history. the first leader if pak was liaqat ali khan. then ayub khan. they bhuto. then zia. pml came much after all these. and has in time become a opresssive party
Who gives a damn about what you say?
LAST HOURS OF THE CORRUPT STATE OF PAKISTAN.
I respect the jh.because he didnot tell a lie .he is true pakistani.i love.a soldier.on border
I know it is an imposible wish, but I have to make it any way. No party should be allowed to call it Muslim League, the caricature of this party died when Ayub imposed Martial law, the then paper tiger of Pakistan Abdul Qayuum wanted to lead a 32 miles long march. He went & hid under his bed. Since then many Politicians & dictators have created a gang of hooligans & started calling it Muslim League. Even from a distance of 12000 miles, I see there are so called 4 Muslim leagues. It is so pathetic that it is not even funny any more. And what should I say about the Pakistanis who join these gangs & consider them to the part of a party which created Pakistan. The party which was created in 1906 is dead, so is the country which was created in 1947 & got cut into half in 1971. Unfortunately the current generation is either not told the truth,or they have chosen to remain ignorant.
One of the most sensible comment I have seen today, on the current affairs.
Very balanced and logical views shared by an ENLIGHTENED PAKI
corps commanders meeting(military) has been called this evening sunday today, situation in Islamabad is getting very critical dead bodies has been disappeared, very special chemical gases are used against Muslim fighters were recently imported, Surprise Nawaz govt has support of usa, england, france, al-sauds, hindustan!
Javeed Hashmi should be retired now he is old and not fit .
Abdul Qudus……Brother u seems to have very historical knowledge than please read it more deep and u will ultimately have the answer that Pakistan itself is a Baseless and fake ideology. Just read the history without taking sides please
Hashmi is great leader and always speaks truth. I appreciated his decison
