OGRA suggests reduction in petrol prices by Rs 1.22

The OGRA has recommended reduction in the cost of petroleum products from September 1.

The approval in this regard will be accorded today and new prices will become effective from September 1. The OGRA has sent a summary to the ministry of petroleum and the ministry of finance ministry whereby the OGRA has made recommendations for scaling down the price of petrol, kerosene oil and diesel.

The OGRA has recommended to reduce the price of petrol by Rs 1.22 per litter, high octane by Rs 1.30 per litter, and light diesel by Rs 1.26 per litter.
