 ISLAMABAD-

Speaking at the NA floor,  Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly Khursheed Shah delivered an ardent speech vowing that his party (Pakistan People’s Party) will not submit to undemocratic demands by PAT PTI ‘even if the government bows down’.

He said that the opposition stands by the resolution adopted in the house calling for protection of the Parliament and democracy from disruptive forces.

He said that the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR),  media wing of Army, should clarify the details of meetings of PTI and PAT chiefs Imran Khan and Tahiurl Qadri with the army chief.

“I would like to say that the army owes the people of this country a clarification that those who were playing this game of terror in the name of democracy had called them to mediate,” he said.
