Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear case against Pakistan Awami Tehreek Dr Tahirul Qadri Chairman today.
A single-judge bench comprising Justice Ather Minullah will hear the case. Chaudary Ikram advocate will represent the applicant while Additional Attorney General of Pakistan Tariq Mahmood Khokher will appear in Islamabad High Court on behalf of the government.
Islamabad deputy commissioner will submit a written reply in court regarding the arrangements for security of local traders during the protests of PTI and PAT.
