An election tribunal has summoned Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah to testify in a case pertaining to alleged vote rigging in Sindh Assembly constituency, PS-29 Khairpur, won by him in 2013 general elections.
PML-N’s Syed Ghaus Ali Shah had challenged CM’s victory claiming rigging in elections. Sources said the CM had been directed to appear before the panel on September 6 as a witness.
