PM vows to fulfill economic agenda

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif says the energy projects being carried out with the Chinese cooperation would help steer the country out of energy crises.

Chairing a meeting of Pakistan China joint commission in Karachi on Saturday, he said the government would continue its march towards prosperity and development.

The prime minister said they would fulfill their economic agenda to bring about socio-economic change in the country. He said work on Lahore-Karachi motorway project would soon be started which would usher in a new era of development in the country.

Nawaz Sharif said the project would generate hundreds of thousands of new jobs.
