At least 16 persons including women and children fainted after eating toxic yogurt late on Sunday night.
According to details, 16 members of a peasant family belonging to Hindu community and residing in Saman Goth locality of Mirpur Khas took yogurt in dinner which become toxic due to unknown reasons. The affected people were shifted to Civil Hospital where, according to medics, condition of 10 was serious. Samples of curd and food consumed by the affectees have been sent for laboratory test.
