Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Sunday left for Saudi Arabia on a private visit.
According to reports, the PM will perform umrah and offer his respects at Roza-e-Rasool (peace be upon him), besides offering special prayers for the solidarity, peace and progress of Pakistan.
The prime minister will also meeting Saudi leaders and discuss the evolving situation in the Middle East and ways to further strengthen bilateral ties.
