*CM reiterates supremacy of justice in Model town incident
I am still grieved over the tragic incident that occurred in Lahore and promise that all measures will be taken for upholding the law and justice in this regard, said Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif while talking to assembly members on Saturday.
He said that he was deeply shocked over the loss of precious human lives in this incident and equally shares the grief of bereaved families.
He said that as a result of investigation of judicial commission, facts would come to fore and the people would be informed about it.
He said that all those responsible of this incident would be taken to task.
Shahbaz said that no hindrance in the way of supremacy of law and provision of justice would be tolerated. He said that he always helped the oppressed and spared no effort to bring to book the powerful and cruel people.
He reiterated that he would also ensure justice to the aggrieved families of the tragic incident.
He said that whenever country faced crises and the people suffered from natural calamities, politicians doing the politics over dead bodies had been enjoying cool breeze abroad instead of standing by the people.
Shahbaz said that the Pakistani people were fully aware of their role whereas he, as a Khadim-e-Punjab, despite suffering from a fatal disease, had been standing with the people and reached every nook and corner of the province for their help.
Shahbaz said that the elements levelling allegations against him, wanted to do the politics on dead bodies but these elements, now mourning over bodies, were celebrating “Jashan” in Islamabad with those waving fist in 2007 when 42 innocent people killed in Karachi.
He said that he had considered service to the people as a form of worship during six years tenure and spared no effort in serving the masses.
Shahbaz said that every step would be taken for ensuring supremacy of truth and justice and would not hesitate from any sacrifice.

They are as good as PMLN and PPP for common Pakistan. All of them are power hungry and opportunists to loot the wealth of thecountry with four hands and feet and to keep it safe in foreign banks.
Shahbaz Sharif must stop dithering and making excuses. You are responsible for the horror and monstrosity that took place at Minhaj premises. You have got to understand it happened while you were in charge and you must leave to allow an independent inquiry to take place.
Any political movement, right or wrong, needs blood shed/dead bodies to gain momentum.which Mr. Qadri’s movement based on his personal vendetta to bring about a revolutionary change has had it in Lahore the other day.I feel Qadri sahb is equally responsible for the killings in Lahore.He is the ultimate beneficiary of that incidence. Without 13 dead bodies he could not have got that much edge.He may have dreamt to become Imam Khomeini as he got himself noticed by innocent muslims of weak faith due to his fake DREAMS in the past.
May Allah save us from this type of self proclaimed IMAMS.
