200 escalators to be installed on Rawalpindi-Islamabad Metro Bus terminals
Punjab Metro Bus Authority has decided to install 200 escalators at terminals to be constructed for the Islamabad Rawalpindi metro bus service. Moreover, generators will also be installed to run the escalators during load shedding.
The authority has prepared a comprehensive plan to run the metro bus service on modern lines and provide all possible facilities to the commuters.
According to details, smart cards counters will be set up in Jinnah Supper Market, Aabpara Market, Melody Market, Polyclinic, Gulshan-e-Jinnah, I-8 Markaz, F-10, F-11 sectors and Golra Mor to facilitate the commuters in purchasing tickets.
